Securely place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and include the RA number inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our design studio.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
